Protect the operator while SCBA cylinders fill.
A Nardi Safe Fill Station encloses the cylinders while they fill. A safety interlock stops the fill the moment the door is opened.
Choose a two or three position station, then add Modular Fill Panels to bring air from the compressor or storage to the fill point. Every unit is built to order in Italy, and your order is placed through a regional partner in your area.

Bring Air to the Fill Point
Wall mounted stainless steel modules joined in a row, so the panel fits your fill bay. The modules are listed below.

Modular Fill Panel modules. The 2-Lever Direct connects SCBA cylinders straight to the panel. The 4-Lever has integrated filling hoses, the 4-Outlet takes the filling valve and hose you choose, and the Integrated Remote Compressor Controller runs the compressor from the fill bay. Panels are built at 225 or 330 bar, or dual pressure. Ask us about 6000 psi.
