Nardi TT-MIX Pro — Automatic Nitrox and Trimix Gas Blending System

The TT-MIX Pro is a fully automated gas blending system engineered and patented by Nardi Compressori, built for the precise and repeatable preparation of nitrox and trimix breathing gas mixtures.

The operator selects the target mixture on the 7 inch touchscreen. The system then handles the rest on its own, from gas intake through pressure and flow regulation to final topping up and compressor shut off when the fill is complete. Dual oxygen and helium inlets, gas sensors, automatic solenoid valves and integrated safety logic deliver consistent blends without the constant supervision manual mixing demands.

• Fully autonomous operation. Once connected to your high pressure compressor and oxygen and helium supplies, the system manages calibration, blending and output without operator oversight.
• Precision dosing. Dual electronic pressure reducers, with the included NardiBlender software calculating the required volume of each gas from the target blend and cylinder pressure.
• Cost analytics. Tracks gas consumed on every blend and reports a final cost per fill.
• High demand ready. Handles multiple fills without recalibration when blending the same mix, and manages venting to prevent residual gas contamination between air, nitrox and trimix.
• Remote operation. Connects over LAN or wireless for monitoring and control through NardiBlender.

Patented design. Nardi holds the patent on this mixer and has successfully defended it in court. There is no other fully automatic mixer of this type on the market.
