Lead time depends on the product. Replacement parts, filters, and accessories typically ship within days to a couple of weeks. Built-to-order units, such as Pacific Series compressors, take up to 4 to 6 weeks to build at the Nardi factory in Italy. From there, shipping to Canada takes:

Approximately 3 weeks by sea freight (7 to 9 weeks total)
Approximately 1 week by air freight, priced on request (5 to 7 weeks total)

The HOOKAH cartridge is a drop-in purification element that removes water vapour, oil aerosol, hydrocarbons, and odour from the air stream before it reaches the operator. Replacing it on schedule keeps the delivered air clean and compliant with breathing-air quality requirements.

Electric (AC036-101-001)
For all electric Hookah models — Esprit (AC and DC) and Extreme Electric (AC and DC). With no combustion source upstream of the intake, a standard cartridge is sufficient.

Gasoline (AC036-102-001)
For the gasoline-engine Extreme Hookah (5G). The gasoline cartridge adds the carbon-monoxide treatment required for any compressor driven by an internal combustion engine.

Service interval

Replace per the schedule in your Operator's Manual, or sooner in high ambient humidity, polluted intake conditions, or high run hours.
