Lead time for Nardi products:

Lead time depends on the product. Replacement parts, filters, and accessories typically ship within days to a couple of weeks. Built-to-order units, such as Pacific Series compressors, take up to 4 to 6 weeks to build at the Nardi factory in Italy. From there, shipping to Canada takes:

  • Approximately 3 weeks by sea freight (7 to 9 weeks total)
  • Approximately 1 week by air freight, priced on request (5 to 7 weeks total)

  • You receive an order confirmation with your final specification
  • We coordinate with Nardi to confirm your order and expected ship date

Replacement filter cartridge for the Nardi PAC2 Purification Tower.

The Filter PAC2 cartridge is a drop-in replacement that scrubs water vapour, oil aerosol, hydrocarbons, and odour from the air stream before it reaches your storage cylinder. Replacing it on schedule keeps your breathing air compliant with DIN EN 12021 (breathing air quality) and EN ISO 8573-1 (compressed air contaminants) at 1000 L/min throughput.

Select the cartridge for your compressor

Electric
Standard MC-AC media (Molecular Sieve + Activated Carbon). For any electric compressor driving a PAC2 tower (Pacific C 35, M 35, M Nitrox 30, or any Pacific compressor upgraded to a PAC2 tower at order time). With no combustion source upstream of the intake, there is no carbon monoxide risk and a standard cartridge is sufficient.

Gasoline / Diesel
MC-AC-HO media (Molecular Sieve + Activated Carbon + Hopcalite). Hopcalite is a catalyst that converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. Required for any compressor driven by an internal combustion engine when fitted with a PAC2 tower (Pacific DY 35 and any combustion-engine Pacific upgraded to PAC2).

Service interval

Replace the cartridge per the schedule in your compressor Operator's Manual, or sooner if the saturation indicator changes colour. Intervals shorten with high ambient humidity, polluted intake conditions, or high run hours.

Compatibility

This cartridge fits the PAC2 tower. PAC2 is the standard purification tower on Pacific C 35, M 35, DY 35, and M Nitrox 30. It is also offered as an upgrade on smaller Pacific configurations.
