Regional Sales Partner - Canada
Represent Tidal Flow Systems across Canada, developing dealer relationships and direct sales opportunities with commercial, government, and first responder customers nationwide.
- Grow and support the authorized dealer network across Canada
- Manage the full sales cycle for high pressure breathing air systems and related equipment
- Respond to tenders and fleet inquiries with support from our head office
- Commission based compensation with an uncapped structure
- Operate independently, on your own schedule, under your own business
Requirements
- Must reside in Canada and be legally entitled to work in Canada; we do not provide visa sponsorship
- Able to pass a criminal background and security check (we serve government, defence, and first responder customers)
- An existing network in the breathing-air, safety, or first responder space is a strong asset
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry trade shows
- Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to multiply your expertise, not replace it
- Day-to-day collaboration happens in Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup
- Professional English communication; French is an asset
- Self-directed and comfortable operating as an independent contractor
