Purchasing Policy
All orders, including equipment, parts, and accessories, must be paid in full prior to shipment. Tidal Flow Systems does not ship goods against open accounts unless a formal credit arrangement has been established in writing.
Tidal Flow Systems accepts payment by bank wire transfer (EFT or SWIFT) or credit card. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders exceeding $2,500 CAD must be paid by bank wire transfer. Credit card payments are accepted for orders below this threshold. All payments must be received in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Tidal Flow Systems reserves the right to revise pricing after the quote expiry date or where the scope of an order changes.
For custom, build-to-order, or large-scale compressor orders, please contact us to discuss pricing, payment structure, and lead times before placing your order. Such orders are governed by a separate Order Confirmation and Proforma Invoice that set out milestone payments, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the critical nature of breathing air products and life-support equipment, Tidal Flow Systems does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have left our facility. We cannot guarantee that equipment has not been compromised, contaminated, or used after it has shipped. This no-return policy does not affect your rights under the manufacturer warranty described below.
We strongly encourage all customers to visit one of our authorized dealers to inspect, test, and experience our products before making a purchase decision. Our dealer network provides expert guidance to help you choose the right equipment for your specific needs.
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Defective products may be eligible for repair or replacement under our manufacturer warranty, subject to inspection and verification. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.

Shipping Policy
Service Area
Tidal Flow Systems currently ships to delivery addresses in all Canadian provinces and territories except Quebec. Customers located in Quebec are welcome to place orders and may provide an alternate delivery address in another Canadian province (for example, an Ottawa-area address). We expect to extend direct delivery into Quebec in a future service update; in the meantime, please contact us through our Contact page if you have questions about arranging delivery.
International shipping is available for select destinations and is quoted separately. Please contact us before placing an international order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and most in-stock items ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada, excluding Quebec)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over $1,000 CAD. Domestic standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Orders
International shipping rates, delivery timelines, and freight arrangements are quoted on a per-order basis. Please contact us through our Contact page before placing an international order. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Tidal Flow Systems is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Large & Freight Orders
Compressors and other oversized equipment require freight or LTL shipping. Freight costs and delivery timelines are quoted separately and will be confirmed before your order is processed. Please contact us through our Contact page to arrange freight shipping.
